(SGB APPOINTMENT)
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  •  A Senior Certificate/Grade 12
  • Extensive Relevant Working Experience in Office Administration.
  • Willing to Adapt Work Schedule in accordance with Office requirements.
 SKILLS: 
  • Knowledge of Receptionist Duties
  • Operating of Switchboard
  • Client Care Etiquette
  • Advanced Communication (Verbal And Written)
  • Demonstrate the ability to use the following IT Cloud Software: Microsoft 365 (Word/Excel/Onedrive/Teams), Gsuite (Docs, Sheets, Drive), Email System, Internet.
  • Conflict Management Skills
  • Listening Skills
  • Knowledge of Record Management
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Access Control
  • Liaise with Parents and Public
  • Take messages and delivered to employees
  • Supervision
  • File Documentation
  • Extent of support to The Effective Management Of Work Flow And Administration Of Office Functions.
